Exchange Policy

Refund Policy
Mangwalu currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
Refunds may only be provided in cases where:

The product received is defective and cannot be replaced.

The wrong product was delivered and replacement is unavailable.

An order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues.
Approved refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.
Return Shipping Charges

If the issue is caused by Mangwalu (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return/exchange shipping costs may be covered by us.

For customer-requested exchanges due to personal preference, additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
